To open an account at 77dg, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. If these conditions are not met, account registration will not be possible, and 77dg reserves the right to close existing accounts.

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and details secure.
• If any account information changes, you must notify 77dg immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

77dg may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time to verify your identity. Withdrawal access may be suspended until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

77dg provides deposit and withdrawal services via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — only these four methods are accepted.
• Deposits must be sent from the account holder's own mobile banking account — transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• In cases of fraudulent or suspicious deposits, 77dg reserves the right to suspend the account and conduct an investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the original deposit method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay).
• Withdrawals may be held if verification is incomplete or bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• 77dg reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual amounts or suspicious activity.

77dg offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer applies under specific conditions, and accepting a bonus without reading the terms may cause issues.

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must place bets 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only).
• Example: a ৳14,000 deposit earns a ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
• The bonus is applicable only once and for new accounts only.

General Bonus Policy

• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to third parties.
• 77dg reserves the right to cancel, modify, or revise the conditions of any bonus.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• If bonus fraud or abuse is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

Regular members of 77dg are automatically enrolled in the VIP program. The program has four tiers, and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is determined by your regular gaming activity and participation. Cashback amounts are automatically credited to your account each week. Wagering requirements may apply to cashback — specific conditions will be stated with each offer. 77dg reserves the right to change the VIP structure at any time and members will be notified before any changes take effect.

Prohibited Activities
